How to Request Deletion of Your Data
If you want to delete your Leadogo account and all associated data:
- Log in to your account at app.leadogo.com
- Go to Settings
- Contact your account administrator, or email us directly
Or email us at: william@leadogo.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”
We will:
- Confirm your identity
- Delete your account and all associated data within 30 days
- Disconnect all third-party integrations (Facebook, Hyros)
- Send confirmation once deletion is complete
What gets deleted:
- Your user profile and account information
- All ad scripts, creatives, and performance data associated with your account
- All third-party access tokens and integration settings
- All AI analysis history
What we cannot delete:
- Data that has already been sent to third-party platforms (Facebook Ads, Hyros) — you must delete that directly on those platforms
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be traced back to you
