By accessing or using Leadogo (app.leadogo.com), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Leadogo is a creative intelligence platform for managing ad scripts, creative production, performance analytics, and ad publishing. The platform integrates with third-party advertising services (Facebook Ads, Hyros) to manage campaigns on your behalf.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any ad accounts you connect
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any third-party platform's terms of service (including Facebook/Meta)
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform
- Use the platform to create misleading or deceptive advertisements
5. Third-Party Integrations
- When you connect third-party accounts (Facebook, Hyros), you authorize us to access and manage data on those platforms on your behalf
- You are responsible for complying with each third-party platform's policies
- We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies that may affect platform functionality
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all ad scripts, creative assets, and content you create using the platform
- We retain ownership of the platform, its features, and underlying technology
- AI-generated suggestions and scripts are provided as recommendations; you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing
7. Limitation of Liability
Leadogo is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Results of advertising campaigns managed through the platform
- Third-party service outages or API changes
- Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request immediate deletion.
